The chances that your request gets lost is higher than 80% since my IMs get capped and i also can crash while bein in busy mode.
The best way to quickly obtain a support of quality, is to deposit a notecard containing your request in the box “customer service” located at the entry of our stores.
However, before transmitting your request, we invite you to take note of other information available here concerning the refundings/exchanges, custom works, affiliations, authorised retailers, available employment, groups, shopping malls…
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICIES
To allow you as well as possible to live your experiment of shopping in the stores Emporio Caproni, we put all works about it to help you in your choices.
Thus, you will find demonstrations for all our products and a changeroom to try our products is also available.
Accordingly, we invite you to comfortably test your products before acquiring them.
Please be advised that we at “Emporio Caproni” have a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Our products are not transferable, also, we do not make refundings and/or exchanges.
If you are in doubt ask first as once you buy a no transfer item it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
DOUBLE PURCHASES
If you accidently purchased the same product twice, please follow the instructions located in the section “how to obtains a quickly support”.
I will refund your money at my earliest convenience.
FAILED DELIVERIES
Due to a lag a product delievery can fail, there is no known way to prevent this from happening.
If it happens to you please follow the instructions located in the section “how to obtains a quickly support”.
FAILED TRANSACTIONS
If you purchase a product but the transaction seems to be failed don’t try again and write me a notecard with your name, date and time.

If money was deducted I will send you the product personally.
CUSTOM WORKS
Because we miss time and to avoid all conflicts of interests, we do not make any more custom works and/or modifications on the existing products.

HOW TO OBTAINS A QUICKLY SUPPORT
The best way to quickly obtain a support of quality, is to deposit a notecard containing your request in the box “customer service” located at the entry of our stores.
We invite you to indicate in this notecard:
*** in all the cases:
- the company for which the request is sent
- your name
- the nature of your request
- if that can be necessary, the hours to which we can contact you (SecondLife PST Time)
*** in the case of a request concerning a product:
- the full name of the product
*** in the case of a problem of delivery:
- the full name of the product
- the name of the store and its geographical location (sim & coordinated)
- the identifier of transaction
(to find this identifier, click in the menu “World” and then on “Transaction History”, once the Web page charged, identify the transaction by using the name of the product)
We will get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
GROUP CHAT/SPAM
We will not tolerate any Chat/Spam in our groups (update, contest, affiliate, …), and this, some is the reason for this IM.
